    Then join us! We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER who can join our team.

     

    As the Human Resources Manager at Emerge, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and managing all human resource functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations, that align with business and organizational objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct the work of recruiting, training and employee relations initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and assistance to employees, supervisors, and managers in human resource functions.
    • Supervise all Human Resource department staff.
    • Provide leadership in developing human resource strategies in support of company objectives.
    • Ensure human resource processes and programs enhance and support company initiatives.
    • Coordinate benefit, compensation and reward and recognition programs.
    • Support human resource communication efforts throughout the company.
    • Facilitate training and development program initiatives.
    • Drive performance management implementation and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Human Resources management or development
    • Minimum of three years’ experience in an HR role
    • Knowledge of the principles of human resource management
    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment

    • General understanding of employment laws and practices
    • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at varying levels within the organization
    • High degree of work ethic, confidentiality, and professionalism
    • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and adapt in an ever-changing environment
    • Excellent understanding of the BPO industry level of client services is an asset

     

    Compensation

     

    Compensation is negotiable based on qualification and experience.
